It was great to be back at Ravenswood one of my favorite wedding venues in Chicago.
We were in a different room from where we were earlier this year. The night started with cocktail hour in the room right outside of the reception hall. As guest walked in we played up beat music to keep the energy up. The grand entrance for the bridal party and bride/groom started shortly after that.
During dinner we had a surprise performance by the MOH and the brides brother! It got all the guests going.
Once dinner service was finished the special dance father/daugher, mother/son, and first dance happened. Then it was my turn to do what I do. I started off with a lot of top 40 and eventually played other genera like new and old school hip hop and rock. No matter what song I played everyone stayed on the dance floor and it seemed to me they all were having a great time!
