FIA’s Battle of the Bamboo 2011

Congratulations to all the participants and competitors in FIA’s Battle of the Bamboo 2011! The show was nothing short of amazing. Every year the schools showcase some of the best Filipino cultural dances in the Midwest. In fact, I would put some of the dances up there with the best in the nation! Midwest, stand up and be proud that we have a deep Filipino heritage here!

Shoutouts to Loyola University, Northside College Prep, and UIUC for respectively placing 1st, 2nd, and 3rd!
