Happy X-Fade Sunday! I’m taking you back this week with a throwback Freestyle mix. If you’re unfamiliar, freestyle is an electronic dance genre that developed in the 80s and lasted into the early 90s. I didn’t quite grow up to this music but I do remember hearing a lot of these songs as a youngin. As you all know, I enjoy dance music a lot and Freestyle definitely has a heavy influence on me. Enjoy this mix including songs from Freestyle heavy hitters such as Stevie B, Rockell, Collage, Debbie Deb, Lil Suzy, Shannon, and Buffy (a Filipina!).
